College In the HS

College in the High School is a form of dual enrollment in which the class is held at the high school, taught by MASH teachers who have been approved by the institution of higher education to teach / grade the course. Students receive MASD and college credit for these courses.

At this time we anticipate Capstone Communications (Level 1), AP Language & Composition, AP Statistics,  and Mechanical Drawing to each be offered in this format during 2025-2026. Once students are enrolled in the course via the MASH scheduling process, more information will be shared for those students who choose to pursue the accompanying college credit. Our current arrangements for CiHS include Harrisburg University and HACC.
